About Delta Coast Construction, Inc.
Ken Edmunds, the face behind Delta Coast Construction, has been building fine custom homes on the island of Cedar Key since 1986. He has lived on the island since 1983, and as a result, has an ongoing vested interest in your addition to the community.
Ken found his gift for quality construction and woodworking early in life. Over the years, he has built nearly 40 fine custom homes right here in Cedar Key, as well as completed many historic restorations and additions.
Delta Coast Construction was founded as Ken first became a Florida Certified Residential Contractor, and then earned his Florida Certified General Contractor’s license.
He is married to Vanessa, a fifth-generation Cedar Key native. They raised two daughters here, and highly recommend these beautiful, peaceful surroundings to anyone looking for a slow-paced island lifestyle.
